Questions and answers
Where are you located?
I'm so awkward in front of the camera and have no idea what to wear! Any tips?!
So once we're all set & officially booked, I am here to answer any questions you have about styling! I normally try to suggest outfits that will go best with the location. But just as a rule of thumb, neutral & muted colors look best on camera (beige, white, black, rust, muted greens & blues, etc.). Definitely avoid busy patterns, logos, & super bright colors. But at the end of the day, I want you two to wear whatever feels most like "you"!
I also love adding lots of movement to my sessions so there's no awkward or stiff posing! I still love doing some poses that make you look like freaking models but for the most part, it will just be lots of movement & having fun! The best compliment ever is when my couples tell me that they had "so much fun" during their session. I'm all about making you feel as confident & comfortable in front of the camera as possible & have specific techniques to help you do that!
Do I really need a second photographer?
This is a question I get asked a lot & for a good reason! I have the option for you to add on a second photographer, but just know that with me, a second photographer is never needed. I always give my couples Wedding Questionnaires beforehand so we can plan accordingly to make sure we have enough time for every set of photos so this helps a lot! I always have two cameras on me during the ceremony so I don't have to change lenses mid-ceremony too.
I would suggest a second photographer if you have a super busy timeline with lots of travel time in-between locations or you just simply want more photos & different perspectives!
How many images will I receive?
For wedding collections, I put no cap on how many images you receive. Each wedding day is different and I am there to capture every moment possible. You will receive every image from your wedding day (minus ones that are out of focus, people's eyes are closed, any technical issues, etc. No one wants those anyways!). Most of my couples receive 1000+ images. Every single image is professionally edited to be as beautiful as possible.
For portrait collections, you will receive a minimum of 60 professionally edited images. Most of my couples receive 100+ edited images though!
